1 General Terms & Conditions

Hey BJI (heybji.ws) is an international online Sports Betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions serve as a legally binding agreement between Hey BJI and its members. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of these terms.

Hey bji's terms and conditions may be updated at any time. Members will be notified via their registered email or app notification when changes occur. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms and conditions have been written in Bengali for the convenience of our members. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration

The following conditions must be met to open an account on hey bji:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and belong to you personally.
• The mobile number used at registration must be active and registered in your name.
• Hey BJI may request a copy of your National ID or passport for verification purposes at any time.

Withdrawals may be limited until verification is complete. Completing identity verification as soon as possible will help speed up your transactions.

3 Age Verification

Hey BJI is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Use of the platform by minors is completely prohibited. We believe age verification is essential to ensuring safe and responsible gaming.

Hey BJI may request any one of the following documents to verify your age — either at registration or at any time thereafter:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Birth Registration Certificate (for users over 18)
• Driving License

Withdrawal processing for large amounts may be on hold until age verification is completed. Once verification documents are submitted, the process is generally completed within 24 hours.

4 Deposit Rules

Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit at hey bji:

• Funds are credited to your account balance as soon as the deposit is completed.
• Hey bji does not charge any additional fees on deposits, though the payment provider's own charges may apply.
• Only payment methods registered in your name may be used.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

5 Withdrawal Rules

Your account must be verified before you can withdraw funds from Hey BJI. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• Withdrawals of up to BDT 2,00,000 can be made in a single day.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–2 hours.
• Hey BJI guarantees that all withdrawals will be completed within a maximum of 24 hours.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the turnover requirement has been completed.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on Hey BJI at all times:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match kicks off before its scheduled time, any unsettled bets on that match will be cancelled and stakes refunded.
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, Hey BJI will determine the outcome of affected bets at its own discretion.
• Hey BJI reserves the right to correct any errors identified in match results.
• Multiple bets on the same match are permitted, but placing opposing bets on the same match (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.
• The minimum stake per bet is BDT 50, and the maximum stake on a single bet is BDT 1,00,000.

Hey bji reserves the right to accept or reject any bet. If unusual betting patterns are detected, the payout on the relevant bet may be held pending the outcome of an investigation.

7 Bonus & Promotion Terms

The following general terms and conditions apply to all hey bji bonuses and promotional offers. Individual offers may also carry their own specific terms, which are detailed on each offer's page.

• Bonuses can only be claimed once unless the offer states otherwise.
• The welcome bonus carries a 5x turnover requirement.
• Only bets with minimum odds of 1.70 will count toward turnover calculations.
• The maximum single bet using bonus balance is 25% of the bonus or ৳5,000 BDT — whichever is lower.
• Withdrawing before the turnover requirement is met will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once the validity period expires.
• Hey BJI reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Hey BJI:

• Opening multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Registering with a false identity.
• Placing arbitrage bets with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Match fixing or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Placing bets using third-party software or bots.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, hey bji reserves the right to immediately close the account, freeze the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Hey bji may suspend or permanently close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

Hey BJI will generally send an email notice before closing an account. However, in cases of serious violations, immediate action may be taken without prior notice.

Members may close their account at any time. Any eligible balance remaining in the account can be withdrawn before closure.

10 Responsible Gaming

Hey BJI takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe betting is a form of entertainment, not a financial solution. To protect our members, Hey BJI offers the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set a limit on the amount you can bet within a given time period.
• Cool-down Period: Take a temporary break ranging from 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for anywhere between 6 months and permanently.
• Reality Check: Review a summary of your betting activity at regular intervals.
